Open Mat BJJ Sessions
For those looking to practice and refine techniques in a live setting, our Open Mat sessions are the ideal opportunity. Open Mat is reserved for (invited beginners) and advanced students who want to apply their skills in real-time sparring, under the direct supervision of Professor Beto. This unstructured training time allows you to explore new techniques, roll with different partners, and receive valuable feedback from our experienced professors and coaches.
