You’ve heard how effective the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) really is for self-defense, but have you ever wondered why so many people are drawn to it? You’ll get much more than that when you register for our new martial arts program (open to ages 14 & up). This new class is ONLY open to martial arts beginners and focuses on you building a sturdy base of BJJ basics. You’ll move through each technique at a safe pace that allows you to gain a full understanding of they work. And you’ll know how you can use them right away.
This class is a great fit for you, or your teenager, even if you’ve never trained in a martial arts class because we’ll move at your pace. We should probably mention that it’s taught by a martial arts champion. Every class is taught in a safe and clean environment, guaranteed.
