WHO IS JAKE?
Jake’s a FITNESS expert and coach. He puts his experience and expertise together to use the most up-to-date methods that body science offers. Make no mistake, he’ll push you to your maximum potential while keeping safe training top of mind.
Take advantage of his background that includes designing training programs for professional NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB athletes during their off season. Jake’s also prepped college athletes for the NFL and NBA.
Not a professional athlete? No problem.
That’s okay too. Jake has trained everyone from children to their parents. What does that mean?
He’ll guide you to reach your goals and achieve your full potential WHILE tailoring exercises to YOUR fitness level. After all, this is his passion!

Being smart about safety is key to starting a fitness program and that’s where Jacob surpasses other trainers. He’s certified in multiple training modalities ranging from certified personal training, group fitness training, to specialized MMA conditioning.
His non-stop hunger to learn more about fitness and performance drives him to push the limits on human performance. Jake earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Human Performance from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California.
