A few years back I wanted a good rounded exercise routine. Though I went to the gym, I never really liked it enough to make it a lifestyle, that all changed with Ju Jitsu! It's a chess game with exercise and at 57 yrs old it is exactly what I needed. Professor Beto and Professor Renan have given me a conduit for a healthy and mentally challenging way of life while meeting amazing new people.

I joined the Vilanova at the beginning of this year, and it has been one the best experience thus far. Professor Beto, coach Fernando and Coach Liz are amazing. The higher belts and teammates are extremely helpful. They are one of the few places that offer early morning classes (6am) this is a good way to get your day started in the right direction. I'm really stoked to be part of this academy
