(BJJ) has become an increasingly popular activity. The physical challenges and empowering self-defense techniques that BJJ offers can help women feel stronger and more confident in their abilities. Women who learn BJJ can find many physical, mental, and social benefits that they might not expect when they first start learning the art. Through participation in a supportive community, practice of the discipline’s techniques, and understanding of its importance for self-protection and defense, women will find many powerful reasons to continue training in BJJ.
Starting on Saturday, April 15th 2023. We will add to our schedule a Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu Class at 9:30am.
Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu Class – The class is an easy pace and skills taught are specifically designed for even the novice.
Please note that this class is a women’s only event.
